Join us for our first farm to table dinner of the 2025 season featuring Chef Wilfrido Landaira.
Your ticket includes a 5 course farm to table meal highlighting Laughing Fork Farm's vegetables as well as a welcome drink.
"Chef Wilfrido Landaira has a passion for hyper-local, farm to table cuisine; the "picked from the bed an hour before being delivered to the kitchen" kind of local. He believes that local products, from the produce and livestock used in a dish to the plate you ate it off of, should take center stage in a meal.
After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, Chef Wil went on to work in award-winning restaurants and with Michelin-trained chefs throughout the Hudson Valley. He is Currently employed at Willa in MIllerton, NY as the Research & Development / Bulk Projects chef, where he stocks the larder full of ingredients for use…
